I do not recommend Rekab in Kuwait City!!!

I had a very bad experience with them. They give you one budget on line, and when you’re returning the car, they charge you once more telling you the first budget were uncorrect.

I have asked for a budget for a rental in Kuwait City on january this year. I received an order number with a budget of 16 kuwaiti dinars for all period of rental (order 896). I paid on line the total amount at that time (august 2024).

When I received car at airport, they confirmed payment was made on line and there was no balance to be paid. However, when I returned the car, they charged me with another KWD 8, telling me the original budget was wrong...someone made a mistake...

I complained about that, but the employee was rude with me.

I have spent a few wonderful days in Kuwait. My only bad memory will be Rekab...they are not honest with you and do not respect their customers.
