"Tijara engages in the purchase and sale of land and real estate, constructing buildings, commercial and residential complexes, and lease and rental, management of third party properties (both inside and outside Kuwait), sale and purchase of securities of companies carrying on similar activities, development and building of real estate properties for the Group and for third parties, maintenance works of buildings and real estate properties owned by the Group, including civil, mechanical, air-conditioning works to preserve all buildings and properties."
